摘要: This article verifies if the increase in percentage of women medical profession led to convergence male and female physicians' hours work as well income. Active physicians Quebec 1978 were compared ones 1988. Data obtained from computerized files Corporation Physicians Regie d'assurance-maladie du Quebec. Despite increasing representation profession, gender differences worked income remained. However, results also showed a tendency toward total work, more behavioral variation among some change men.
