Isolation of Mycoplasma bovis from bovine clinical mastitis cases in Northern Greece.

摘要: Mycoplasma bovis was detected in 18/219 (8.2%) quarter milk samples collected from cases of bovine clinical mastitis Northern Greece between November 1997 and March 1999. The occurred 2/37 (5.4%) the herds examined. micro-organism isolated bulk (BTS) two positive but not 111 composite clinically healthy cows all 37 herds. Isolates were identified as M. by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. Other micro-organisms also samples. bovis-positive had been imported into other European countries.
