摘要: Abstract Betanodaviruses, the causative agents of viral nervous necrosis (VNN) disease, cause significant production losses in aquaculture worldwide. To improve detection betanodavirus, methods extraction virus and its RNA from tissues sub-clinically infected barramundi (Lates calcarifer) Australian bass (Macquaria novemaculeata) were evaluated. Compared to crude manual processing, yield betanodavirus was increased by 3.5-fold when disrupted micro-bead beating 2-fold using an optimised pestle grinding method (p
