摘要: This paper reports the results of a mixed method approach to answer: To what extent do cultural values impact on e-service use in Saudi Arabia, and if so how? will firstly, introduce importance culture define aspects culture. It then describe used present questionnaire findings related role nepotism. The review literature nepotism indicates there is still much be studied learned. legal nepotism, addition its human resource management appear more reported issues. However, nepotism’s Information Communication Technologies (ICT) has not been studied. research aims cover this gap by investigating as one Arabia’s values, impacts Arabia. tested hypothesis was found consistent with predicted outcome: negative predictor intention e- services evidenced that consideration mainly contribute enhancement social organisational e-society practices, deeply understanding them influntials implementation.
