摘要: This paper describes a sensitive and selective method for the determination of iodine in food biological samples. The involves treatment samples by combustion an oxygen flask iodide cathodic stripping voltammetry solid phase formed with quaternary ammonium salt Zephiramine as ionic associating agent; Br- is used complexing agent preconcentration process. We have studied effect concentration Zephiramine, Br-, I-, some other elements presented, deposition potential, preelectrolysis time, scan rate, on curve shape maximum current. Determinations trace table salt, laver, eggs were demonstrated practical examples.
