摘要: The present work describes an analytical procedure for the determination of total iodine content in biological materials (serum, milk, plants, tissues etc.). Liquid samples can be directly analyzed after dilution, if necessary, by ICP-MS. Milk powder, plants and were dissolved using a modified simple Schoninger combustion, subsequently residue was taken up 0.1 mol/l NaOH this solution detection limit is range 0.01 μg/l. method tested different CRMs certified content.
