摘要: The absorption and fluorescence spectra of Pr3+ in LaCl3 have been examined for molar concentrations 0.26%, 2%, 15%, 50%, 85%, 100%, used to determine the effect concentration on energy levels transitions ion. A model is advanced explain broadening spectral lines crystals as due heterogeneity lattice resonance interaction between spectroscopically active ions. Oscillator strengths were measured dilute crystal ratio strength ion‐pair 3P0+3F2(μ=2) that 3P0, PrCl3, was found be 1.3×10−5.
