摘要: Summary The human pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis binds to a variety of host cell proteins, including those the fibrinolytic system. These observations prompted us study expression components this system in an animal model progressive pulmonary tuberculosis. Lung homogenates from BALB/c mice infected with M. tuberculosis H37Rv were analyzed determine and enzymatic activity plasmin/plasminogen tissue plasminogen activator, as well mRNA levels for plasminogen, urokinase activators. Plasminogen was also detected lungs immunohistochemistry. results show that molecules increased gradually over course infection, peaking during chronic phase disease. Furthermore, in vitro experiments showed both activators specifically induced after stimulation spleen cells BCG-immunized proteins. Together, these are up-regulated experimental suggest mycobacterium itself could play important role overexpression system, contributing inflammation
