摘要: Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global health concern. Trehalose 6′6-dimycolate (TDM) activates innate inflammation and likely also stimulates chronic observed during disease progression. Noninfectious models using purified TDM oil/water emulsions elicit pathologic findings in patients with TB. We introduce new model that promotes inflammatory lung vascular occlusion hemorrhage. C57BL/6 BALB/c mice were injected 10 μg of i.p. light mineral oil (TDM-IP). At day 7, another injection i.v. emulsion was given (TDM-IV). The i.p./i.v. (TDM-IVIP) group compared once or TDM. responses to TDM-IP, TDM-IV, TDM-IPIV consistent between mouse strains. Mice received TDM-IV had increases T-cell cytokines, the further enhancement IL-10 granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. increased CD4 + T cells tissue, significantly coagulation, decreased clot formation time, maximum firmness. Masson's trichrome staining revealed deposition collagen occluded vasculature. hypercoagulopathy state, independent inflammation. This argues is sufficient generate
