摘要: Serum paraoxonase 1 (PON1) has been shown to act as an important guardian against cellular damage from oxidized lipids in low-density lipoprotein (LDL), plasma membrane, toxic agents such pesticide residues including organophosphates and bacterial endotoxin. PON1 associated with circulating high-density (HDL) the ability prevent generation of pro inflammatory phospholipids by reactive oxygen species. The activities HDL-associated several other anti-inflammatory factors HDL are turn negatively regulated these lipids. In rabbits, mice, humans there appears be increase formation during acute phase response. This results association proteins inhibition that renders inflammatory.
