Identification of Obstacle Factors of Urbanization and Analysis of their Relative Structure on Impact of “Digital Divide” in Information Times

摘要: All domestic and foreign literatures on obstacle factors of urbanization process are statistically analyzed by using Meta-analysis method, 14 main identified extracted from previous research results. After that, the paper analyzes relative structure among interpretive structural model. The results show that urban-rural IT industry gap, IT-using employment opportunity informatinization policies difference, consumption social culture information resource consciousness difference thinking manner superficial direct factors; IT-owning educational development gap life level intermediate indirect infrastructure income essential basic factors. This analysis is helpful to open out drag system under condition “digital divide”.
