摘要: Abstract The digital divide is a concept generally defined as an inequality in access and use of information communication technologies (ICTs) between individuals, households, businesses, geographic areas countries, reflects number differences within countries (OECD, 2001, p. 5). aim this paper to analyse the main characteristics Europe's rural enterprises.
