摘要: As the elderly care sector is characterized by several challenges, rethought and restructured organizations institutions thus innovation are necessary. This study investigated (1) what in means (2) which factors determine innovativeness of organizations. Our goal was to develop a framework catch explain capacity for sector. Via case studies within five Flemish organizations, applicability complex adaptive system (CAS) theory examined. The results showed that partially acted as CASs, but totally acting CASs restrained top-down forces, procedures, regulations.
