摘要: The study intends to investigate the effects of long non-coding RNA HOST2 (lncRNA HOST2) on cell migration and invasion by regulating microRNA let-7b (let-7b) in breast cancer. Breast cancer adjacent normal tissues were collected from 98 patients with MCF-7 cells divided into blank, negative control (NC), pcDNA3-Mock, siHOST2, inhibitor, pcDNA3-HOST2, mimic, pcDNA3-HOST2 + siHOST2 inhibitor groups. RT-qPCR was used detect mRNA expressions HOST2, let-7b, c-Myc. Western blotting conducted measure c-Myc expression. Scratch test Transwell assay applied motility, migration, invasion. Xenograft tumor nude mice performed evaluate effect different transfection growth. Compared tissues, expression higher but lower tissues. remarkably increased compared that epithelial MCF-10A cells. In cells, comparison blank NC groups, reduced, elevated mimic groups; group exhibited Overexpression could promote invasion, thus enhancing growth tumor. By inhibiting opposite trends found. LncRNA promotes patients.
