摘要: In quantitative densitometry it is essential to understand the statistical and systematic errors which contribute difference between true observed densities of anatomic structures. To study these we have developed two types low contrast phantoms: in one type with surrounding medium generated by electron density difference, other arises from atomic number difference. The resulting densitometric a digital fluorography unit arising system nonlinearities drifts, image field distortions, intensity nonuniformities, noise, contrast, point response function, beam hardening subject scattered radiation are presented discussed.
