摘要: Abstract Gamma-manganese sulfide (γ-MnS) hollow microspheres have been successfully synthesized via a biomolecule-assisted hydrothermal process in the presence of l -cysteine and urea at 180 °C for 24 h. In synthesis system, was employed as not only sulfur source, but also coordination agent. The structure, morphology optical properties as-prepared products investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) photoluminescence (PL) spectrum. Reaction parameters such ratio to urea, surfactants reaction time played significant role controlling products. probable formation mechanism γ-MnS microsphere proposed on basis experimental results.
