摘要: White rust, caused by Albugo candida (Pers.) Kuntze, is an economically important disease of Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. and Coss mustard, particularly in India. The most efficient cost-effective way protecting mustard plants from white rust through genetic resistance. objective this study was to identify RAPD markers for resistance F1-derived doubled-haploid (DH) population originating a cross between rust-susceptible rust-resistant breeding lines B. the canola-quality project Agriculture Agri-Food Canada-Saskatoon Research Centre. DH used screen associated with resistance/susceptibility using bulked segregant analysis. Two markers, WR2 WR3, linked resistance, flanked locus Ac21 were highly effective identifying presence or absence gene population. These two shown be specific Russian source utilized project. It concluded that availability these will enhance juncea.
