摘要: Abstract We report a simple, reproducible, and low-invasive in vivo method for repeated examination of bladder well properties mice. Over period 21 days transurethral fillings were performed every second day on the same animal. Analysis volume at an intravesical pressure 10 20 mm. Hg leakage point showed no trend during study with regard to changes volume. The model has been applied group mice treated single fraction irradiation dose 20 Gy. These investigated repeatedly following year. end selected data evaluation irradiated was 50% decrease relative control value (bladder before irradiation). results clearly demonstrate biphasic change reservoir function, form acute, reversible change, normalization then late irreversible damage. latter stage is consistent clinically found contracted bladder. In there significant more than 200 days. thus appears feasible future studies
