摘要: Abstract We report a simple, reproducible, and low-invasive in vivo method for repeated examination of bladder well properties mice. Over period 21 days transurethral fillings were performed every second day on the same animal. Analysis volume at an intravesical pressure 10 20 mm. Hg leakage point showed no trend during study with regard to changes volume. The model has been applied group mice treated single fraction irradiation dose 20 Gy.
