摘要: Early and late changes in the reservoir function of mouse bladder were investigated after irradiation alone or combined with cisplatinum (cis-DDP) cyclophosphamide (CTX). Bladder was repeatedly assessed from independent assays urination frequency cystometry. Treatments consisted 10-30 Gy x-rays 10-22.5 chemotherapy (cis-DDP 6 mg/kg i.p. CTX 100 i.p.). Within 30 days treatment, early damage detected by both but correlation between significant only group treated CTX.
