摘要: Platelets with high hemostatic activity play a key role during percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and in recent years, mean platelet volume (MPV) has been looked upon as crucial indicator of reactivity. Thus, MPV may emerge potential gauge for the measurement major adverse cardiac event (MACE) risks PCI patients. This study aimed to conduct meta-analysis illustrating association between long-term MACE PCI. The Cochrane Library, Pubmed, EMBASE, Ovid MEDLINE, BIOSIS databases were used search relevant studies from their inception 30 June 2019. All reporting incidences patients retained. Data extraction was performed by three independent reviewers. A total 33 included this meta-analysis. results indicated that had significantly larger than those without, an unstandardized difference (USMD) 0.29 fL (95% CI, 0.04-0.54). USMD deceased 0.39 0.09-0.68). also at greater having higher incidence mortality smaller MPV, pooled risk ratio 1.81 1.29-2.55) 2.34 1.52-3.60), respectively. These findings indicate significant Consequently, easily accessible indicator, might be helpful patients' assessment stratification.
