摘要: A method for manufacturing a magnetic recording medium includes the steps of (a) forming perpendicular layer and (b) applying an ion beam to regions between tracks so as form separation magnetically separating from each other. In step (a), continuous film composed multilayer is formed, CoB layers Pd are laminated in film. (b), melted by alloy metals contained thereby regions.
