摘要: To meet the needs of rapidly changing hospitality industry educators must continually investigate which competencies are essential for graduates to possess and revise curriculum these needs. The purpose this study was determine whether differences exist between needed by managers in lodging, food beverage, meeting event management. Of deemed essential, 86% were soft competencies.
