摘要: Abstract Context.—Several aspects of sweat gland carcinomas (incidence, classification, diagnosis, and behavior) have not been definitively clarified need to be studied further. Objective.—The clinicopathologic findings a large series carcinomas, collected during period 15 years, are presented. Methods.—Sixty (41 porocarcinomas, 3 syringomatous 8 ductal 5 adenoid cystic mucinous carcinomas) were analyzed histologically immunohistochemically. Results.—Porocarcinomas composed eosinophilic clear atypical cells arranged in solid-cystic lobular masses. These tumors divided into 2 subgroups: horizontal showing prominent intraepidermal component, nodular which demonstrated predominant growth.
