摘要: Abstract We have found that arachidonic acid rapidly and selectively induces the release of lysosomal enzymes from cytochalasin B treated rabbit peritoneal neutrophils. 5, 8, 11, 14-eicosatetraynoic inhibits arachidonate induced with an apparent K D 1.5 × 10 −6 M. 5,8,11,14-eicosatetraynoic (2.5 −5 M also chemotactic factors A23187 in presence but does not affect degranulation by alone. These observations strongly suggest a role for metabolites neutrophil physiology.
