摘要: Since the formulation of tumour immunosurveillance theory, considerable focus has been on enhancing effectiveness host antitumour immunity, particularly with respect to T cells. A cancer evades or alters immune response by various ways ensure its development and survival. These include modifications cell metabolism signalling. An inhibitory cytokine milieu in microenvironment also leads suppression progression within a host. This review traces field attempts summarize hurdles that approach adoptive immunotherapy against faces, discusses conditions must be improved allow effective eradication cancer.
