摘要: Abstract This paper deals with the experimental and theoretical analysis of concrete beams in different scale, under free vibration. Four were tested: two reinforced steel bars near surface mounted (NSM) carbon fiber polymer (CFRP) rectangular rods. All subjected to static tests at levels bending loading create increasing damage degrees before vibration tests. Envelope frequency response functions (FRFs) obtained by dynamic testing are shown changes natural values related degree RC or without NSM CFRP Theoretical compared those finite element analysis. The availability model for beam specimens scale is herein discussed on basis data collected, comparing undamaged damaged elements condition free–free edges.
