摘要: Abstract A survey of the natural occurrence trichothecenes and zearalenone in samples from Buenos Aires Santa Fe provinces, Argentina, was carried out six different crops during harvest. Among 1056 analysed, 524 (49.62%) were contaminated with zearalenone. Deoxynivalenol detected all samples, 3-Acetyl DON 22 78. In 1986, T-2 toxin (20 samples), HT-2 (18), neosolaniol (16) diacetoxyscirpenol (26) also found. The results suggest that when meteorological conditions favour contamination it is necessary to carry strict controls on harvest time.
