摘要: Abstract The positron annihilation technique has been used in order to study the influence of plastic deformation on formation and growth voids neutron irradiated molybdenum single crystals treated by isochronal annealing. Samples were prepared three ways: deformed 12–19% before irradiation, after and—for reference purposes—non-deformed. In addition a polycrystalline sample was grain boundaries. All samples at 60°C with flux 2–5 × 1018 fast neutrons/cm2. After irradiation subjected It found that probably enhanced slightly. Deformation strongly reduced void formation. presence boundaries had reducing voids.
