摘要: Abstract Positron annihilation Doppler broadening measurements on alpha-irradiated tungsten show the effects of dissociation vacancy-impurity complexes below 400°C. Above this, vacancy migration and formation clusters are observed. Isochronal recovery these is seen around 550°C. Vacancy loops microvoids so formed found stable upto 700°C beyond which they anneal out.
