摘要: Various studies have reported the changes in mechanical properties and modification morphology of polyamide due to absorption water. However, relation between local water content alteration has not been consolidated a coupled model yet. In current work, simulation is proposed that can capture diffusion as well simulate effect moisture on stiffness (PA6). To this end, finite element was developed by coupling nonlinear viscoelastic material model. The Galerkin method used formulate weak form equations for two physical processes. were solved with help Newton method. process studied experimentally gravimetric measurements. Relaxation tests conducted specimens saturated under different levels. Based these experimental results, dependency parameters identified an efficient stable numerical developed.
