摘要: Both end portions of a magneto-resistive effect film form junction taper shape and, at both forming the shape, pair bias magnetic field applying layers are disposed via underlayers for longitudinal to soft layer. Each is formed by thin made least one element selected from group Ru, Ti, Zr, Hf, and Zn or an alloy containing, as main component, group. on hard layer has thickness 200 Å less (not including zero).
