Laparoscopic anatrophic nephrolithotomy: feasibility study in a chronic porcine model.

摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: Anatrophic nephrolithotomy performed via open surgery involves incising the renal parenchyma along an avascular plane to remove a large, complex stone. We determined feasibility of performing laparoscopic anatrophic in survival porcine model. Furthermore, we present novel technique creating staghorn calculus model.Materials and Methods: After developing 3 pigs study was 10 consecutive animals. The procedure comprised 2 aspects. 1) developed animal model for calculi by retrograde injection polyurethane (Fomo Products, Inc., Norton, Ohio) into pelvis through ureteral catheter. For 2-week period allowed create hydronephrosis. 2) Laparoscopic done, involving control artery vein, situ hypothermia with ice slush 1 animal, lateral parenchymal incision, stone extraction suture...
