摘要: Introduction: Chondrosrcoma of sinonasal region is very rare. Chondrosarcoma make up 10-20% primary bone tumor. Less than 10% constitute the head and neck region. Chondrosarcomas take origin from embryonic rest cartilaginous matrix cranium or primitive mesenchymal cells. First choice treatment surgical excision. Radiotherapy also has role in treatment. Case report: In our case 43 year old female presented with c/o proptosis right eye, loss vision since 1 month. All necessary blood investigation was done. CT scan PNS MRI showed mass occupying nasal cavity along dural involvement encasement ICA by 180 deg. Endoscopically tumor excised. The improved postoperatively. Histopathology revealed low grade chondrosarcoma. Patient treated post op radiotherapy. under follow up. Conclusion: removed. improvement This report shows feasibility using endoscopic technique to aid resection selected malignant tumors orbit skull base reasonable tumour clearance. patient being followed regularly there no evidence any residual recurrent lesion.
