摘要: Abstract Physico-chemical properties of a substance including the compaction behaviour are directly connected with crystalline structure. The aim this work is to compare in group excipient and first part, display influence lactose structures on compressibility. α-Lactose monohydrate (LαM), anhydrous β-lactose (LβA), α-lactose (LαA) partly amorphous (FF) were compressed using instrumented presses investigate densification under pressure. Force–displacement curves associated two energy parameters, specific cycle expansion energy. This approach was used class four species. It possible differentiate three groups cycle, FF, LαA/LβA LαM decreasing order At same time, values relatively low for FF LαA contrary LβA. Then, Heckel's plots obtained compact geometries mean yield pressure calculated from in-die-method out-of-die-method. Two lactoses seem differ, appears be most ductile whereas more brittle than others. Finally, it concluded, that case lactoses, pseudopolymorphism seems affect compressibility anomerisation or partial amorphisation.
