摘要: Abstract Carbon particles were synthesized via laser ablation of a bulk graphite in ethanol medium using Nd:YAG with wavelength 1064 nm. The target was irradiated by the beam pulse energy 3 J, repetition rate 2 Hz, and duration 5 ms. Effect as liquid for on physical, chemical, optical properties resulted carbon reported. SEM images presented that flake-like morphology has been transformed into flower-like cluster after ablation. Raman measurement showed G peak position flakes similar, about 1582 cm-1, whereas D its shape different from those flakes. UV-visible fluorescent spectrometers used to investigate absorption emission characteristics particles, respectively. can absorb light UV range emit photoluminescence bright blue-green color.
