摘要: The present study compares the demands for P of initial nodule formation, and later growth functioning nodulated root system in two inoculated lines common bean (Coco blanc BAT477). After germination inoculation, seedlings were divided into lots. One lot was grown under constant supply, either 15 (low) or 250 (high) µM P, corresponding to provision 120 2000 µmol respectively. In second, cultivated on same medium supplied with 24 days after germination, then 60 (total P: respectively, 390 1530 µmol). Nodule number biomass significantly diminished by low (120 µmol) treatment, as compared other treatments. However, intrinsic characteristics nodules (individual size, concentration efficiency N fixation) did not depend availability. Although line BAT477 distinguished from Coco through higher number, biomass, nitrogen fixation, both displayed analogous responses
