摘要: Notch signaling is often involved in early development which helps to determine the differentiation state and fate of stem cells destined form different tissues body. Its role BM-MSCs (bone marrow-derived mesenchymal cells) much less clear. As there great interest potential as a source for treating liver damage, it important understand if promotes or suppresses into hepatocytes. In present study, RT-PCR, Western blot results morphologic changes demonstrated that could successfully differentiate hepatocytes our special induction system including tissue extract damaged liver. On 21st day when direction was determined BM-MSCs, mRNA level Jagged2, Delta1, Delta3, Notch1, Notch2, Notch3 Presenilin1, significantly lower than on days 0, 7, 11. further experiments, down-regulation shown be critical hepatocytes, increased Jagged1 resulted up-regulated activation leading higher levels expression Hes1 Hey1, completely blocked Albumin expresion BM-MSCs. These study showed necessary initiate but must down-regulated proceed continuously.
