摘要: Abstract The action exerted by l - cyclo serine on protein metabolism of alanine in animal and bacterial cells has been investigated. High concentrations inhibit the incorporation alanine- 14 C into proteins while low increase it. It also demonstrated that -isomer serine, contrary to d -isomer, causes a marked inhibition enzymic transamination which involves formation -alanine.
