A proposal of a standard structure and approach for Pharmaceutical Care Case Reports

摘要: Background: Case report is a scientific publication format with qualitative characteristic that describes diseases, rare conditions, complications, alternatives interventions, drug side effects, novelty management and/or results obtained of patient. Pharmacists’ clinical practice seems to be consolidated and growing. However, there an urgent need communicate what being done how it done. Aim: To evaluate case reports related pharmaceutical care regarding its structure approach finally propose logical standard approach. Methods: A systematic literature review using the terms “pharmaceutical care”, “clinical pharmacy” service” limited “case report” at MEDLINE, WEB SCIENCE SCOPUS data bases. The identified fit into specific criteria inclusion exclusion criteria. Results: Thirty four matched evaluated point no consensus on items compose structure. They all were incomplete in identification process. Discussion: There are some suggestions reports, but they physician view did not identify pharmacist practice. show particularities this necessary utilize language reveal proposal subsequently presented we try clarify important points addressed utilized.
