摘要: Abstract Background Counseling patients on drug-related problems (DRPs) is a new enterprise for pharmacists. Accordingly, variety of classification systems have been created to document DRPs. This aroused our interest in finding out how differ. Objective The objective explore and describe the characteristics 4 DRPs understand their similarities differences with regard processes functions. Methods Four established were selected; they Strand , Granada-II Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe v5.0 Apoteket . To gain experience use systems, an existing database containing documented that identified during patient counseling at community pharmacies was used. entries classified using selected one time. In following analysis, focus set what issues each system. Based differences, 8 themes listed according these themes. Characteristics system thoroughly scrutinized interpreted.
