摘要: The PAS® system (Problem‐Analysis‐Solution‐system) is developed to quantify oral communication processes during counselling in pharmacy practice. pharmacist translates the patients' drug‐related questions into a P‐code, analysis of question an A‐code and finally given solution upon S‐code. has been for two goals. First, registation from patients which gives insight most common issues addressed by patients. Second, it might help structure with patient consultation. Forty‐one pharmacists participated evaluation system. validation consisted phases: external internal validation. Kappa values were calculated as measure agreement coding pharmacists. kappa‐value P ‐, A‐ S‐codes total set indicate moderate poor agreement. This means that categorize different way. Therefore we conclude PAS less reliable research purpose. P‐code varies 0.42 0.91. For 0.07 0.35 S‐code zero 0.68. Internal reproducibility good but not implies can use P‐codes registration his own pharmacy. Moreover, usage practice
