摘要: We report on molecular characterization of hepatitis C virus (HCV) isolates in intravenous drug abusers, as compared to non-drug using patients with posttransfusion or sporadic unknown origin. Virus typing was performed by RFLP analysis PCR products the 5′ NCR. Subtyping done hybridization subtype specific probes sequencing NS4 and NS5 region, respectively. HCV 1b found most commonly among all isolates. However, 3a had a high prevalence (about 46%) group addicts. In these N-terminal part E2 protein highly variable. This confirms presence hypervariable region (HVR1) this envelope viruses. Each isolate examined characteristic unique protein. It is noteworthy that there are four amino acids which were conserved between sequences published. can be assumed such significant for structure function viral our conserved.
