摘要: Abstract A simple experimental method for detecting organic species adsorbed on surfaces by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is described. The rough silver were obtained vapor deposition of Ag teflon spheres uniform size and shape glass substrates. spectra from phthalic acid, benzoic nitrobenzoic acid excited the 514.5 nm these bands not present characteristic line obtained. reproducibility due to well-defined roughness substrate constitutes a good tool which theory can be tested.
