摘要: Single-fibre surface-enhanced Raman sensors were prepared by depositing rough metal films at the tips of optical fibres. Different deposition techniques such as slow evaporation island and vacuum over nanoparticles or on pre-roughened surfaces applied compared. The superposition surface spectra from with fibre core made maximum enhancements necessary for construction long sensors. enhancement was improved significantly altering tip geometry. Angled polishing has enhanced SERS intensity up to a factor 6. increases monotonically increase in angle, reaching its value largest angle 40°. Copyright © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
