摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cause malignancy-related mortality worldwide. It urgently needed to develop potential drugs with good efficacy and low toxicity for HCC treatment. The anti-tumor effect Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has received increasing attention Trametes robiniophila Murr. (Huaier) been used in TCM approximately 1,600 years. Clinically, Huaier satisfactory therapeutic effects cancer treatment, especially HCC. However, mechanisms underlying anti-cancer remain ill defined. Herein we have demonstrated that dramatically inhibited cell proliferation induced apoptosis human hepatoma line SKHEP-1. Importantly, restrained metastatic capability SKHEP-1 cells. Mechanistically, down-regulation Lamin B1 up-regulation Nephroblastoma overexpressed (NOV) were at least partially responsible inhibitory on proliferative invasive capacity Our finding provided new insights into anti-HCC suggested a scientific basis clinical medication.
