摘要: The objective of this study was to explore the molecular mechanism for male sterility yak hybrids based on two demethylases. Total RNA extracted from testes adult yaks (n = 10) and (cattle-yaks, n 10). coding sequences (CDS) lysine demethylases (KDMs), KDM1A KDM4B, were cloned by RT-PCR. levels KDM4B in cattle-yaks detected using Real-time PCR Western blotting mRNA protein, respectively. In addition, histone methylation modifications H3K36me3 H3K27me3 compared between ELISA. CDS obtained testes. results showed that exhibited variants: variant 1 has a 2622 bp, encoding 873 amino acids, while 2 2562 853 acids. gene 3351 bp length, 1116 protein expression as well level H3K36me3, dramatically decreased with yaks. present suggest might be associated reduced modifications.
