摘要: Abstract Based on field investigation of the constituent structure and geological formation Maoping landslide, authors made an in-depth study deformation characteristics triggering mechanism reservoir-induced slide through comprehensive analysis about 13 years observation data. The largest ancient landslide in Geheyan reservoir, with a volume 23.5 million m3, is located left bank Qingjiang River, 66 km upstream dam. In April 1993 reservoir inundation reactivated which resulted relocation village 290 people. Since then body has been experiencing persistent observed maximum displacement 2841.4 mm up to October 2005. Therefore, further development becomes great concern for safety results show that accumulation several consequent slides along slope experienced secondary slumps its front later stages. ongoing controlled by mechanical properties materials hydraulic effects induced reservoir. slip process creep as whole, appears be attenuating stage, indicates very low possibility high-speed integral failure slide.
