摘要: Abstract Two types of ultrastructure the outer cell wall layer chlorococcalean algae are distinguished. The first containing acetolysis resistant biopolymer also termed algaenan composed polymethylenic chains. This type shows a membrane-like trilaminar structure. second homogeneous structure and does not contain Biopolymer. Differences in nitrogen-containing wall-components various strains forming (i.e. total nitrogen, amino acid pattern, as well hexosamine content) their relationship with occurrence presented. paper differences pattern glucosamine content between walls isolated from homogenates mother cells.
