摘要: Mobilization of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) from the bone marrow and their subsequent participation in neovessel formation are implicated tumor growth neovascularization. As neurotransmitter dopamine (DA) modulates adult cell function, we hypothesized that DA might have a regulatory role mobilization EPCs niche. We show there was significant decrease content an increase EPC tumor-bearing mice associated with treatment inhibited through its D2 receptors, as failed to inhibit treated specific receptor antagonist lacking receptor. In addition, found DA, exerted inhibitory effect on suppression VEGFA-induced ERK1/ERK2 phosphorylation MMP-9 synthesis. These findings reveal new link between suggest novel use for agents cancer other diseases involving formation.
