摘要: Abstract The micronutrient iron is an essential component that plays a role in many crucial metabolic reactions. peptide hormone hepcidin thought to play central homeostasis and its expression induced by overloading inflammation. Recently, has been reported be expressed also the heart; however, kinetics of altered diseases heart remain unknown. In this study, we examined cardiac rat experimental autoimmune myocarditis (EAM), human acute myocardial infarction (AMI). EAM AMI hearts, was cardiomyocytes; ferroportin, which cellular exporter bound hepcidin, various cells. Analysis time course cytochrome oxidase subunit 6a (Cox6a)2 ratio showed it abruptly increased more than 100-fold hearts very early phase infarcted areas 1 day after MI. hepcidin/Cox6a2 correlated significantly with interleukin-6/γ-actin both (r=0.781, P
